1. Introduction

This policy complies with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the product.

3. Conditions for Return

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
